None of our gloves are recyclable, they should be disposed of in accordance with local regulations.
Acceptable Quality Limit is a measure of the quality of a glove in terms of water leakage and other defects of a glove.
This is assessed by random sampling of a batch which is defined according to the batch size and the quantity of gloves to be analysed. The results provide a statistical probability that the result of the random sample, will also be valid for the entire batch-designated by the AQL.
Where a customer places high demands on the product, they will require a glove with a lower AQL.
KLEENGUARD* & JACKSON SAFETY* Industrial Gloves have the following:
G10 Gloves have an AQL of 4.0 for pinholes
G20 Gloves have an AQL of 1.5 for pinholes
G80 Nitrile Gloves have an AQL of 0.65 for pinholes
KIMBERLY-CLARK PROFESSIONAL* does not directly include phthalates in any nitrile or latex glove formulations, and we have no reason to suspect that any of our raw materials contain phthalates.
Phthalates are plasticizers; they are substances added to plastics to increase flexibility. They are used to turn polyvinyl chloride from a hard plastic into a flexible plastic and can be used in vinyl gloves to impart softness and flexibility. Phthalates can leach from the plastics and users can be exposed.
